  16. I'm Having a few problems with AmigaUUCP 1.17
  17. I am an ISP and have used AmigaUUCP for about 2 years myself previously
  18. to this work.
  19. I have two other users who use AmigaUUCP 1.17
  20. The problem I have been having is with a A1200/40 with an Elcon 14400 modem
  21. after the handshake the modem just hangs up and uucico returns.
  22. The Log file says it didn't get expected ogin:

  24. I've tried swapping modems and cable but to no avail I suspect their serial
  25. controller but they have had it checked out and the h/w person reckons it's
  26. fine.
  27. But Amiga h/w people are not what they used to be 8-(((
  28. At least in this part of the world.
  29. Is there a way I can get it to use s/w handshaking although I don't think
  30. that's the prob (or at least not entirely) as Term works fine. But then again
  31. ppp1.30 only worked with a software hand shake.
